Project Overview

530 Stradbrook will feature luxury rentals in the heart of Osborne Village that are sensitive to the Heritage Conservation District. The project features characteristics that fit into the neighbourhood, such as contextual design medium density. Using a building design we have refined over time we reduced risk and managed to provide larger units at an affordable rate with luxury finishes.

Exterior

The exterior design was presented to the City and neighbourhood. This inclusive design approach respected the voice of the neighbours and changed the final design of the exterior finishes from dark to light using James Hardie Board and Batten Smooth Aged Pewter and Mac Harry Wood Siding Smoked Birch. This consultative process brings in a new era of construction with respect to heritage design.

Interior

This pet-friendly apartment includes in-suite laundry, heated and cooling forced air, and 150 mbps high speed internet. 530 Stradbrook houses six two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites up to 1,100 sq. ft.The flooring is Ceratec luxury vinyl plank and the Chrome Kohler plumbing fixtures complement the quartz countertops, ceramic backsplash, and black matte accents. Each unit features a modern luxury white-on-white finish, and nine-foot ceilings.
